Squat snatch and Chest-to-bar pull ups

Run 400 @ 6.5mph

10 push ups
10 incline sit ups
10 squats
10 assisted pull ups (50# because of WOD)
10 dips
Squat snatch: 2x5 with 45# bar

Pack scale

Squat snatch 65#
C2B Pull ups - assisted at 50# to get chest up to bar

CD:
3x5 overhead squat with 45# bar to work on balance and flexibility. In the WOD, had trouble keeping the bar behind my head and trouble getting to depth.
Max unassisted pull ups: 1
