9 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks

Use 25, 45, or 65 pound dumbbells. Use one of the C&J dumbbells as the load for the weighted pull-ups. Placing the dumbbell between legs crossed at the ankles works very well.

I used 25s for the DBC&Js, completed all sets. Pull ups were assisted, first with slight jumps, then on machine, increasing the plate weight as the sets got longer: 50#, 60#, 70#. Had to break up the last couple sets. Really took my time to make sure I could get thru all reps, and eventually I did.
