Been wanting to get in shape for quite some time. Figured a daily log might help me stick with it. Back has been hurting for a few days (quadratus lumbarum is locked up). Pain got intense today, probably because I have gotten away from yoga. My theory is that if I at least do a Half Moon and a Triangle everyday (along with sleeping with knee pillows), the pain stays away.
Started with some of my old standards on the Wii today, plan to start CrossFit tomorrow.
