Overhead Squats

Run 400 (6.5mph)
10 push ups
10 incline sit ups
10 dips
10 pull ups (assisted w/30# plate)
10 squats

Used 45#-55#-45#-45#-45#

When I went up in weight for the second set, felt a twinge in my hammies, and my form went out the window, so I dropped it back down. Had to ice the hams after the DBC&Js on Monday, so didn't want to push it.
